Welcome to Baseball Tuts. So you’re here to figure out what we’re all about. We are here to deliver the best tutorials and instruction about baseball. It doesn’t matter what level you are playing at, we will have something for you. So you are thinking, what makes you guys so smart? Great question…we will try to explain.
You kept on reading, good start. Baseball Tuts is an online magazine, blog, whatever you want to call it. Our group of “writers” is made up of current and former professional baseball players and coaches. What does that mean? You will be learning a bunch of good stuff, it also means you will probably find some speeling mistakes (you catch that?), so don’t be too hard on us, let us know we will fix it. We don’t have an editor other than you.
What are you going to talk about?
Everything baseball. How to get better. Good looks and bad looks. Interviews with people involved in the game of baseball. We will be introducing our categories over the next couple of days. If you have any suggestions for what we can add to inform, teach, or entertain you, let us know.
Who is the site designed for?
Players, coaches, parents, fans, you name it. We truly believe you will learn something here no matter what level you are at. If not, maybe you should write for us because you just finished up your hall of fame career.
How should I use the information?
We don’t care, just don’t sell it. Players, try to implement things you like. See what feels good, what makes you better. Coaches, print out articles for your players, try to teach them new things. Parents, get involved with your kids baseball career.
How often do you write stuff?
We will try to give you something new every day, maybe take the weekends off, maybe not. We are busy people, but we think we can do that. 20 plus posts a month is pretty good, what other baseball instructional site gives you that? Show us some love.
It is important to point out that making a post a day allows for good discussion. If you have opinions, questions, thoughts, whatever, leave them in the comments and we will do our best to respond. Just don’t spam please.
Why don’t you guys make this a magazine?
Have you been following the print industry lately? Maybe someday.
That’s it for now, a lot of work to do getting this up and running. Dig in.
